Tibetan Dream Yoga (Milam) is an advanced practice of Vajrayana Buddhism that uses the dream state to explore the nature of reality and achieve enlightenment. It’s not just about lucid dreaming, but about transforming sleep and dreams into a spiritual path through meditation, mindfulness, and practices that transform dreams into a field of exploration and inner growth. The goal is to align dream awareness with waking awareness, coming to understand that both experiences are manifestations of the mind.
