I am so happy that my students are doing Guru Rinpoche mudra and mantra every day. This will also benefit their health. Sickness will be gone; you will be happy, and it will help to have a long life. It is very important to do Guru Yoga meditation.
Always check your motivation and begin with Refuge and Bodhicitta. Do Guru Rinpoche mantra and mudra with self-empowerment. Lastly do dedication.
Secret Rigpa Guru Yoga is part of the Padling New Treasure tradition. In this time, it is especially helpful. First there was Guru Rinpoche. Nubchen Sangye Yeshe was one of Guru Rinpoche’s close students. Nubchen Sangye Yeshe later reincarnated as Padma Dragngag Lingpa who revealed this mind Treasure. This new Treasure benefits modern people and changes people easily. It quickly changes our emotions, feelings, meditation, view and action.
It is this reason that many people are saying thank you to me. And saying it is so helpful. You are welcome to this practice. Please keep doing the practice to benefit yourself and others. Some people when they do Guru Rinpoche’s mantra see Guru Rinpoche’s face. Having self empowerment benefits you.
This is the reason why I’m so happy. It is very good. Some people may not believe. This is not the problem of the Treasure. This is the person’s problem. If a person doesn’t believe and doesn’t have actions this is their problem. For example, when we have the sun and can see it; feel its’ warmth, we can also see trees and flowers. But if we are blind, we will never see the sun. This is similar to people not believing. This is not the Lineage’s problem. This is the person’s problem.
I’m talking about Guru Rinpoche mudra and mantra and benefit actions. This is why I’m showing people in America, Europe and the world. Hopefully everyone is beginning to understand Guru Rinpoche’s mantra and mudra and Dzogchen. Especially, the Padling New Treasures benefit beings for them to reach the Great Liberation. If you don’t know about the Padling New Treasures, please learn more so you won’t say some things are right or wrong and not really know. If you learn, you will know.
If you don’t have time to do Secret Rigpa Guru Yoga sadhana, then do the mantra 21 times every day along with mudra.
Hopefully, everyone knows Guru Rinpoche’s view, meditation, and activity and does the practice. It will help to have world peace and for you to have good health.
