H.H. Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche Anniversary and 16th Awam Monlam Chenmo, 10th Jan 2020, 8:00am (UK)

I’d like to share a short and important message for everyone. 10 January 2020 is the anniversary of H.H. Jigme Phuntsok. On this day, I’m going to do the sixteen Awam Monlam Chenmo as well as teaching and outer transmission of H.H. Jigme Phuntsok’s Guru Yoga. I will do this online at 8:00 am UK time.

It is very important to understand and recognize the significance of this day and therefore to keep this date and join us.

H.H. Jigme Phuntsok left this world but he has never left his wisdom, compassion and blessings as they are in our heart. In the world, his students continue his practices.

In Asia, America, Europe, Australia and throughout all of the world, like the sun as it brings light to this world, his students are throughout the world and respect and practice his lineage. This means we are together. This is also a very special day as there will be a full moon with a lunar eclipse at 7:10 pm UTC.

With everyone together, we will do Guru Yoga meditation, prostrations, offering and the 7 Limb prayer and practice. If you would like to do a small amount, middle amount or large amount, of these practices, that will be wonderful. It is your choice what you would like to do.

It is a very special day to remember our Guru. Thank you for joining us. Please remember at 8:00 am UK time, we will do meditation and teaching online with everyone doing these together at the same time.

The benefits of doing this are very great. First you will have really great good virtue with a million people doing this together. Second, you are really lucky you know of this so you can do more prayers and take good care of H.H. Jigme Phuntsok’s lineage. His lineage will never end as we will take care of it. Third, when you have really great devotion, and great prayer, you will recognize the nature of your mind because it is a great day, with great prayers and this is a measure of great virtue.

H.H. Jigme Phuntsok is a great Buddha, a living Buddha, Wisdom Buddha of Manjushri and a Great Treasure Master. He was Guru Rinpoche’s Heart Student. Please join us as we pray together on 10 January 2020 at 8:00 am UK time.
